Our Co-op Member Offers – Terms and Conditions

  • Offers are available exclusively for OurCoop Members and colleagues unless otherwise stated.

FoodCoop Offer - Win your shop for a year

  • Spend £20 or more four times between 21 May 2026 and 24 June 2026 in any OurCoop store (Central Co-op, The Midcounties Co-operative or Chelmsford Star Co-operative store), and you’ll be automatically entered into our prize draw.
  • Two lucky winners from all eligible entries will be randomly selected and will receive £100 every month for a year to spend in any OurCoop food store. 
  • Midcounties Co-op winners will receive the £100 as a gift card, Central Co-op Members and Chelmsford Star Co-op winners will receive the £100 in Reward ££s.
  • Only valid for Members who attended the Annual Member's Meeting on 20 May 2026.
  • Central Co-op, Midcounties Co-op and Chelmsford Star Co-op colleagues and any temporary card holders are excluded from the prize draw.
  • Any orders through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat are excluded from the prize draw.
  • The draw will take place no later than 6th July 2026.
  • The Promoter will notify the winner within 14 days. If the prize is not claimed within 5 days, the Promoter reserves the right to contact an alternative winner.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries that they believe to be fraudulent or non-compliant with the eligibility criteria set out in these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize draw at any time.

EnergyCoop – £40 Reward Offer Terms & Conditions

  • Customers must switch to an eligible Energy Co-op tariff within the promotional period.
  • The £40 reward will be issued once the energy switch has successfully completed and the account is live (est. 60 days).
  • One reward per household/account only.
  • Customers must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK.
  • The reward cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
  • If the switch is cancelled or the account closes before activation, the reward will not be issued.

BroadbandCoop – Free Anytime Landline Calls Offer Terms & Conditions

  • Anytime landline calls included free for 24 months from broadband activation date.
  • Free calls apply to UK standard landline numbers only and are subject to fair usage policies.

Little Pioneers Offer

  • To receive your reward, you must be an Our Co-op member. Your friend must register their child at a Little Pioneers/Co-op Childcare nursery and become a member of OurCoop and their child must book and start their place by 31st December 2026. Your friend must take their place in nursery for a minimum of 1 month for you both to be eligible for the reward. There is no limit to the number of referrals that you can make.
  • £200 food voucher will be issued or £200 will be credited to your account as a one off payment from the next due invoice after your friend’s child has started at a Little Pioneers/Co-op Childcare Nursery. Your friend’s account will be credited £100 as a one-off payment and the amount will be discounted from their first month’s bill. All credits and vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • This reward is only applicable if your friend has a child aged 4 or under that hasn’t enrolled in a Little Pioneers/Co-op Childcare Nursery before. Only friends with fee paying children are eligible, we cannot offer this to children who are only accessing the free entitlement as credit is applied to parent paid for sessions only. No government funding sessions are eligible and will not be discounted.
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals that you can make, as long as they register and start their child to a Little Pioneers/Co-op Childcare Nursery by 31st December 2026.
