Don David blend of terroirs cabernet-cabernet combines the most distinctive features of two high-altitude terroirs in the calchaquí valley. Grapes from our vineyards in cafayate provide a delicate fruity expression, while our vineyards in Chañar Punco contribute intense colour and solid structure. Intensely blackish red with ruby notes on the edges, offering aromas of red fruits, sweet cassis, and spices with subtle hints of white pepper and paprika. It displays the typical features of the cabernet sauvignon from the calchaquí valley. Mineral and fresh on the palate, with round tannins and a long, elegant finish.
