Grill: Place chicken tenders on a baking tray. Cook on medium heat for 8 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Microwave: Remove from packaging. Remove chicken tenders and pop in the microwave heating on full power. Place the chicken tenders back in to the sub bread and heat again on full power. Squeeze over the mayo, then enjoy!
