Cooking Guidelines

Hob: 1. Pour 600ml of cold water and contents of bag into a saucepan. 2. Bring water to the boil and then return to a medium heat, cooking for 16 - 18 minutes until the water has been absorbed. Stir occasionally throughout. 3. Serve. Best with a drizzle of oil or a plant-based alternative to parmesan. (Teo's tip- for a creamier risotto use more water and cook for a longer time!)
