Juicy, lean and bursting with flavour these gluten-free & dairy-free sausages are made with 97% pork. This lip-smackingly lean sausage should, by rights, be called Bratwurst. They always go down well, especially with a strong German beer.

Cooking Instructions: Remove all packaging before cooking. Cooking instructions are a guide only from chilled.

Grill: Place on the middle shelf under a pre-heated medium hot grill for 14-16 minutes, turning occasionally.
Shallow Fry: Pre-heat a pan on a medium heat. Add a little oil & pan-fry for 14-16 minutes, Turning occasionally.
