Dampen with water. Place in a pre-heated medium grill. Turn half way through cooking.
Microwave: (Category E - 850w) 30 seconds.
Dampen both sides lightly with water.
Oven cook: Dampen with water and set oven temperature at 180℃ / Gas Mark 4. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven.
2-4 minutes 200℃ / Fan 180℃ / Gas 4.
