Cooking Guidelines

Cooking Instructions: Delicious served either hot or cold. Caution: When removing from microwave, hot steam may escape.
Hob: Squeeze pouch to separate grains. Boil 30ml (about 2 tbsp) of water. Add the grains, cover and simmer for 3 mins, stirring occasionally.
Microwave: Squeeze pouch to separate grains. Tear open the top corner slightly (about 2 cm). Heat for 2 mins in a 700W microwave or 90 sec in a 900W.

Storage

For best before see opposite. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, empty any unheated contents into a suitable container. Keep refrigerated and eat within 3 days.
