Oven cook: Preheat your oven to 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7... Ready in 30 minutes
1 Remove from box...
...Remove outer packaging and decant the contents of the pouch into the provided foil tray. To ensure golden crisp duck skin, make sure the duck is skin-side up.
2 Place in the oven...
...Place the tray into the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes.
3 Drain and bake...
...After the 25 minutes, carefully drain off the excess juices. Return to the oven for the remaining 5 minutes of cooking.

Defrost thoroughly in the bottom of a refrigerator and cook within 24 hours.
