Honey Glazed Parsnips

Parsnips (85%) Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed, Sunflower) Palm Oil Rice Flour Honey (1%) Maize Flour Salt Dextrin Raising Agents (Diphosphates, Sodium Carbonate) Xanthan Gum
Cooking Instructions: Tastiest when oven baked straight from the freezer.
For all cooking appliances:
Do not overcook. Follow recommended cooking times.
If preparing smaller quantities, then reduce the cooking time.
Parsnips come in all shapes and sizes, each one is unique yet still provides that all important taste.
- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
- These instructions are guidelines only.
- Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Oven cook: 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7, 25-30 mins
Pre-heat the oven.
Place product on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
Turn over halfway through cooking. Cook until crisp and golden yellow.
Air Fry: Pre-heat to 180°C for 3 1/2 mins, 22-24 mins
Place product in the basket (max. 200g, approx. 2 portions) and place in the pre-heated air fryer. Shake halfway through cooking.
Cook until crisp and golden yellow, allow to stand for 1 minute.
