Food Safety
Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Always wash work surfaces, equipment and hands before and after preparing food and after disposal of packaging. Cook meat until the juices run clear.
Grill: Moderate heat 18-20 mins.
Remove all packaging. Transfer to a rack in a grill pan. Turn occasionally during cooking
Oven cook: 200°C; Fan 180°C; Gas 6; 20-25 mins.
Preheat oven, Remove packaging. Evenly space sausages on a baking tray and place in the centre of the oven. Cook for 20-25 mins, turn halfway through cooking.
Air Fry: 180°C; 15 mins.
Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging. Place the sausages in the basket, in a single layer, and cook for 15 mins. turn halfway through cooking.
Barbecue: Cook following the grill guidelines. Transfer to a BBQ for a further 2-3 minutes.
