Wood fired, Neapolitan style, restaurant quality pizza
Every great pizza starts with a great base. That's why our Irresistible Mushroom & Truffle pizza is made with finest ground 00 grade flour and a 24-hour fermented sponge dough, then spun to create a crisp, airy crust and perfect chewy softness, so every slice is restaurant quality.
After firing in a blazing wood oven, we top with a rich béchamel and creamy salsa truffina sauce, made with Italian black truffles, mozzarella, garlic mushrooms and spinach.
This multi-medal winning Pinot Noir is a light-bodied red bursting with ripe cherry aromas, and delicious served slightly chilled.

Oven cook: 240°C, Fan 220°C, Gas 8, 7-9 mins
Preheat oven. Remove packaging. Rearrange toppings as necessary. Place on centre shelf of oven. Position a baking tray on shelf below. Slide pizza onto baking tray to remove from oven.
