Wood fired, Neapolitan style, restaurant quality pizza
Every great pizza starts with a great base. That's why our irresistible mozzarella & tomato vodka sauce pizza is made with finest ground 00 grade flour and a 24-hour fermented sponge dough, then spun to create a crisp, airy crust and perfect chewy softness, so every slice is restaurant quality.
After firing in a blazing wood oven, we top with a special sauce made with crushed tomatoes, fresh cream and a splash of vodka to intensify the flavour, then a generous scattering of mozzarella and Italian fior di latte cheese.

Preheat oven. Remove packaging. Rearrange toppings as necessary.
Place on centre shelf of oven. Position a baking tray on shelf below. Slide pizza onto baking tray to remove from oven.
