Oven cook: Ensure food is piping hot before serving.
220°C; Fan 200°C; Gas 7; 32 mins.
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 32 minutes.
Remove from oven on baking tray and serve.
