Cooking Instructions: Appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Do not reheat.
Microwave: 800W 3 mins 15 secs.; Stir, 3 mins.; Stand for 2 mins.
900W 3 mins 15 secs.; Stir, 2 mins 30 secs.; Stand for 2 mins.
Break the tab seal, remove lid and loosely replace. Heat pot on a microwaveable plate. Stir halfway through. Stand for 2 minutes before serving. Stir and serve. When heated, the pot will soften and become hot.
Shallow Fry: Moderate heat 5 mins.
Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously until piping hot. Do not allow to boil.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and advice within the use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost in a fridge. Detrust thoroughly before heating and use within 24 hours.
