Cooking Instructions: Ensure food is piping hot before serving. For best results, microwave heat.
Not suitable for heating from frozen.
The tray may soften but will regain strength on standing.

Microwave: 800W 6 mins.; 900W 5 1/2 mins.; stand 1 min.
Remove sleeve and pierce film over both compartments. Place directly into microwave. Heat on full power for 3 minutes (800W & 900W).
Peel back film lid over both compartments, stir & re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 3 minutes (800W) & 21/2 minutes (900W).
Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir both compartments before serving.
Oven cook: 190°C; Fan 170°C; Gas 5; 25 mins.
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always within the Use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost in a fridge. Defrost thoroughly before heating and use within 24 hours.
