Bakery
Our Irresistible West Country Cheddar & Chive Sourdough is made in small batches by craft bakers in Wiltshire, using flour from Shipton Mill in the Cotswolds and a slow fermented wild yeast starter dough. Each loaf is hand scored and placed in a basket to prove naturally, for an exceptional taste and texture.
