Made with fine 00 grade flour and free range eggs, these silky smooth pasta parcels are stuffed with a classic Italian combination of fillings created using simple, carefully sourced ingredients. The velvety smooth butternut squash is paired with a second filling of sage-infused butter and cheese to add a creamy, savoury complement to the butternut's natural sweetness.
