Cooking Instructions: Always check that the product is cooked throughout, and juices run clear with no pink colour remaining. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Food Safety Store raw chicken covered at the bottom of the fridge. Always wash work surfaces, equipment and hands before and after preparing food and after disposal of packaging. Check the thickest part of the chicken, if the juices run clear it should be cooked thoroughly.
Shallow Fry: Total cook time: 6-8 mins.
Preheat 2 tbsp. (30ml) of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging and place fillets in the pan. Cook for 6-8 minutes on a medium heat, turning frequently during cooking.
Air Fry: 180°C: 12 mins.
Based on cooking whole pack (6 pieces). Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging. Place fillets in basket, spread evenly in a single layer and place in air fryer. Cook for 12 minutes, turn halfway. Allow to stand for 1 minute. (Minimum Capacity 3.8 litres) from Chilled.
Barbecue: Cook following the oven guidelines. Transfer to a BBQ for a further 4 - 5 minutes.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost in a fridge. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use within 24 hours.
Keep on the bottom shelf of the fridge, cook and eat within 24 hours of opening. Don't exceed the use by date.
