Air Fry: 180°C; 16 mins.
Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 180°C. Remove beef from packaging, and dispose of any cooking juices and solid fat. Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 16 minutes, turning halfway through. Remove from the air fryer. With two forks, pull the meat apart to shred. Open sachet of sauce, pour over beef, and mix.

Microwave: 800W 6 mins.; 900W 5 1/2 mins.
Place the pouch in a microwaveable dish, and pierce the top several times. Cook on full power for 3 minutes (800W/900W). Remove from the microwave, gently shake, then cook for a further 3 minutes (800W) or 2 minutes 30 seconds (900W). Stand for 2 minutes. Carefully open the pouch and drain off remaining cooking juices. Remove beef, and place into a dish. With two forks pull the meat apart to shred. Open sachet of sauce, pour over the beef, and mix.
Oven cook: 220°C; Fan 200°C; Gas 7; 25 mins.
Preheat oven. Remove product from pouch, place into an ovenproof dish, and cover with foil. Place dish in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, discarding foil and any cooking juices. With 2 forks, pull the meat apart to shred. Oper sachet of salice, pour over beet, and mix through. Return to oven for the fina 5 minutes.
