Cooking Guidelines

Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging and wrap exposed skewers in foil. Evenly spread out the kebabs in a single layer into the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 15 minutes. Turn kebabs half way through cooking.
Barbecue: Cook following the grilling guidelines then transfer to a barbecue for a further 1-2 minutes.
Cooking Instructions: Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Do not reheat. Food safety Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Always wash work surfaces, equipment and hands before and after preparing food and after disposal of packaging. Cook meat until the juices run clear.
Grill: Moderate heat 14-16 mins. Remove all packaging. Preheat grill. Wrap exposed skewers in foil and place kebabs on a wire rack under a medium grill. Turn occasionally. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
