Cooking Guidelines

Shallow Fry: High heat. Remove steaks from packaging and place onto large plate. Allow to come up to room temperature, approx. 10 minutes. Preheat 5ml (1 tsp) of oil in frying pan over a high heat. Place steaks in frying pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes each side. Once cooked allow steaks to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. Cook times will vary depending on size and thickness of the steak. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Do not reheat. Food Safety Store beef covered at the bottom of the fridge. Always wash work surfaces, equipment and hands before and after preparing food and after disposal of packaging.
