Shallow Fry: Ensure product is piping hot and serve.
Pre-heat a frying pan on a medium to high heat and add 2 tsp of oil. Remove sauce sachet and place to one side. Pour contents of the gnocchi tray into the pan and stir fry for 3-4 mins, stirring continuously until they are a light golden colour. Add the mushrooms and vegetables and mix well for 2-3 mins. Turn down the heat slightly, tear open the sauce sachet and add contents to the pan. Cook for a further 2-3 mins, stirring continuously, until thoroughly heated, serve.
