Shallow Fry: Ensure product is piping hot and serve.
Pre-heat a frying pan on a medium to high heat and add 2 tsp of oil. Pour contents of the beef and vegetable tray into the pan and stir fry for 3-4 minutes stirring continuously. Add the spiced rice and mix well for 2-3 minutes. Turn down the heat slightly, tear open the sauce sachet and add contents to the pan. Cook for further 2-3 minutes stirring continuously, until thoroughly heated, serve.
