Shallow Fry: Medium heat 5-6 mins.
Remove from packaging. Preheat a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil in frying pan and place fillet skin side down. Turn halfway through cooking. Medium heat 5-6 minutes. Cooking times will vary, depending on the size and thickness of the fillets.
