Hob: Empty the contents into a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated. Do not allow to boil.
Moderate heat 3-4 mins.
Microwave: Place in a microwaveable dish. Cover with a vented lid. Heat on full power, stir halfway through. Do not heat more than once.
800W heat 3 mins.
900W heat 2 1/2 mins.
