Cooking Guidelines

Cooking Instructions: Appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Can be eaten hot or cold.
Microwave: 750W 1 wrap 15 secs.; per pack 1 min. 850W 1 wrap 13 secs.; per pack 50 secs. Remove packaging. Place on a microwaveable plate. Heat for times specified at end of methods.
Oven cook: 200°C; Fan 180°C; Gas 6; 8 mins. Preheat oven. Remove from packaging. Wrap all 8 tortillas in tin foil and place in the middle of the oven for 8 minutes.
Shallow Fry: Moderate Heat 10-15 secs. Place each tortilla in a heated pan at a moderate heat and fry for 10 - 15 seconds on each side.

Store in a cool, dry place. Home Freezing - For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always within the best before date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use and use within 24 hours. Flex the pack to loosen wraps before opening. Once opened, re-close at seam and use within 2 days.
