Smooth in texture with a natural sweetness, they're perfect with salad, or boiled and dressed with butter.

Boil: Cut larger potatoes into halves. Place in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until tender. Drain and serve.

Microwave: Cut larger potatoes into halves. Place 200g in a microwaveable dish. Add 100ml water, cover with a vented lid. Cook on full power 800W: for 8-10 minutes, 900W: for 7-9 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Steam: Cut larger potatoes into halves. Place in a steamer over boiling water and cover. Steam for 15-20 mins, until tender.
