Microwave: 800W, Heat 2 mins, Stir, Heat 1 1/2 mins, stand 1 min

Place 160g (2 servings) in a microwaveable dish. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water. Cover with a vented lid and cook on full power stirring half way through cook time. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Drain and serve.
Shallow Fry: Moderate heat, 2-3 mins.
Remove the required amount from packaging. Place garden peas in a saucepan and cover with boiling water. Return to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Drain and serve.
