Shallow Fry: Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil into a frying pan placed over a medium to high heat. Add the contents of the pack and cook for 8-10 minutes stirring occasionally. Once browned all over, lower heat to medium and continue until thoroughly cooked.

Always cook poultry until the juices run clear. Don't let poultry touch or its juices drip onto any other foods. Always keep poultry covered on a plate at the bottom of the fridge. Keep your fridge temp below 5°C. After disposal of packaging always wash work surfaces, cutting boards, utensils and hands before and after preparing food.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost in a fridge. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use within 24 hours.
