Cooking Instructions: Ensure food is piping hot.

Remove from packaging. Transfer to a rack in a grill pan. Turn occasionally during cooking.
Shallow Fry: Moderate heat 5-6 mins.
Preheat 10ml oil in a frying pan. Remove from packaging. Transfer to pan. Turn frequently during cooking.
