Cooking Guidelines

Cooking Instructions: Preparation Guidelines Wash thoroughly in cold water. Top and tail each carrot by cutting a small section from both ends. If necessary, thinly peel or scrape off the skin and cut into rounds or strips as desired. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Hob: Saucepan - Boil. Remove from packaging. Pour over sufficient boiling water to cover. Drain and serve immediately. Moderate Heat 10 mins.
Microwave: Remove from packaging. Place 160g (two portions) into a microwaveable dish with 1-2 tablespoons of water. Cover with a vented lid. Cook on full power for the following minutes, stirring halfway through. 800W: heat 3-4 mins., stand 1 min. 900W: heat 2 1/2-3 1/2 mins., stand 1 min.
Steam: Remove from packaging. Place in the top half of a steamer. Cover and cook over boiling water for 10 mins. Do not allow to boil dry. Moderate Heat 10 mins.
