Cooking Instructions: - Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.

230℃, fan 210℃, gas mark, 12-15 mins
- Pre-heat the oven.
- Place on a baking tray in the top part of the oven.
- Turn over halfway through cooking.

Air Fry: Alternatively,
180°C, 10 mins
- Place product in the basket (max. 8 fish fingers) and place in the air fryer.
- Shake halfway through cooking.
- Cook until crisp and golden.
- Allow to stand for 1 minute.
