Get your healthy fish fix and taste the Birds Eye Haddock Fish Fingers. These frozen haddock fish fingers are a quick and easy addition for a healthy balanced meal.
All of our haddock fish fingers contain flaky, lightly seasoned haddock and are coated in a crispy golden breadcrumb. Made with 100% haddock fillet, these frozen fish fingers are such an easy family dinner option. Just stick ‘em in the oven for 12-15 minutes and hey presto!
Serve these little frozen haddock fillets in breadcrumbs with a side of peas and oven chips for a quick and easy weeknight dinner. Yum!

Air Fry: 180°C, 8 mins
- Pre-heat to 180°C for 31/2 mins.
- Place product in the basket (max. 8 Fish Fingers) and place in the air fryer.
- Turn over halfway through cooking.
- Cook until crisp and golden.
- Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Cooking Instructions: Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
- These instructions are guidelines only.
- Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Grill: 12-15 Mins
- Pre-heat the grill.
- Turn over occasionally.
- Cook until crisp and golden.
Oven cook: 230°C, Fan 210°C, Gas mark 8, 12-15 mins
- Place on a baking tray in the top part of the oven.
- Turn over halfway through cooking.
- Cook until crisp and golden.
