Rich and velvety with smoky, spicy tones and notes of dark chocolate.
This coffee comes from the Federación de Cooperativas Agricolas, a co-operative of smallholder producers founded in 1969. Now roughly 20,000 members strong, Co-op have been purchasing coffee from them for over a decade.
The Fairtrade Premium producers receive has been invested in community facilities such as schools, health facilities and better clean water suppliers. Co-op have also invested in technical support for the growers, so they can maintain a strong market supply.
Freshness & Strength
Our single-origin coffee is ethically and sustainable sourced from coffee-growing communities across the globe. Each coffee is carefully roasted to bring out its unique flavours, then sealed in these special packs to preserve its taste and aroma.
Our lighter roasts have fruity and floral notes with a sparkling acidity, while our darker roasts are rich, intense and full-bodied. For something in between, try our range of smooth, medium roasts.
