Smooth with a sweet caramel aroma and citrus acidity with notes of milk chocolate and blackcurrant.
This coffee is from the Cooperativa de Caficultores de Aguadas, which represents small coffee producers in the Aguadas region. Co-op have been sourcing coffee from this cooperative for over a decade, where over 3,000 families benefit from Fairtrade.
On top of the Fairtrade Premium the producers receive, Co-op have provided investment for technical support so the Cooperativa de Caficultores de Aguadas can maintain a strong market supply.
